“We chose Curtis’s beautiful place for a 40th birthday girl’s weekend. It was a calming, relaxing environment that gave us just what we needed. We appreciated the impeccable decor, the tucked away location, and quick, kind communication. The beds were firm yet comfortable, the bedding super comfy. “My sisters and significant others enjoyed the perfect weekend at the cabin! We absolutely loved the charm, the vintage fridge and furniture, and gorgeous kitchen. We watched a group of about 8 deer in the morning and evenings walking right by the front door. The greenhouse is such a fun spot, and we had a blast playing cards during the day with the beautiful sun shining in, keeping us warm and feeling like we were outdoors but protected from the wind and cold outside. Our last evening at the cabin we made homemade pizzas and enjoyed a fun candlelit dinner in the greenhouse. The kitchen is great! We made all of our meals at the cabin during our stay, and it is well stocked with everything you need. All six of us loved how comfortable the mattresses and bedding was! While we didn’t use the awesome frame tv to watch shows, we used it to stream our Spotify and played music during many a card game. (although you can easily log in to any of your streaming networks to watch a movie or show if you want during your stay!) It was a great weekend disconnecting and spending time with family!” -Katherine

“Don’t walk, RUN to stay at Grey Cloud!! What a special place. Even just 20min from DT St Paul, we felt so not in the city, in a perfect way. Grey Cloud is in a beautiful little secluded woods, and the house itself is such a lovely extension and reflection of its surroundings. Gorgeous vintage style! It truly felt like a little cottage retreat in the woods. Nikki and Curtis are attentive and helpful hosts and have obviously designed this house with so much love and intention. “We had a lovely family stay at this great Airbnb. Wonderful peaceful location, and a delightful, clean, aesthetically pleasing home. The beds were comfortable, the linens super soft, the decorating was calm and peaceful. The layout of the house was such that you had room to be together or spend some time apart if you wanted to. “Stepping into this home was like stepping back in time. It is exactly as pictured but even better in person. We absolutely fell in love with the mid century esthetic and couldn’t believe this gem was hidden so close to the cities. It is spacious, secluded and private. We even saw a family of deer enjoying the property. We appreciated that every corner of the home had vintage details ranging from the kitchen timer to the artwork and furniture. Curtis well curated every detail of this home and should be extremely proud. His expectations were clear and easy to follow and the check in and check out process was quick and efficient. We arrived after dark and appreciated that he left the lights on. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and regretted not booking a longer stay at check out.
